Kennebec Savings Bank President & CEO Andrew Silsby announced Nicolas Patenaude’s promotion to Regional Vice President and Treasurer. In his new role, Patenaude is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s financial activities, managing cash flow, and assisting in developing and implementing financial strategies.
Patenaude joined the Bank in 2010 as an intern and went through the Management Trainee Program.

Early in his career, he spent some time on the loan team before transitioning to finance and has since been rising through the ranks. Most recently, he served as Assistant Treasurer, as the Bank prepares him for the CFO role due to an upcoming planned retirement.

Amos Byron, Vice President & Senior Trust Officer at Kennebec Savings Bank, announced that Dillon Elliott has been awarded scholarship funds from The Benjamin Apthorp Gould Fuller and Harriet S. Williams Fuller Memorial Fund and The Horrace Williams Memorial Fund.
